Place and time of delivery

Orders are accepted for product deliveries only within the territory of the Greek State. The orders of the products that appear in the online store with the indication “Available for shipment” are executed and the products are delivered within seven (7) – ten (10) working days in the area of ​​the urban web of Thessaloniki, from the acceptance of each order by the COMPANY , within eight working hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In case the deadline expires on a non-working day, then it is extended until the next working day. The delivery of the products marked “Available for shipment” in areas that do not belong to the aforementioned except for the following exceptions, are made again within seven (7) -ten (10) working days from the acceptance of the order by the COMPANY with transport companies for heavy products or courrier for smaller packages. Exceptionally, in cases of shipment of products to remote or inaccessible areas (remote or island areas), the delivery can take place after the expiration of this period depending on the existing means of transport, the difficulty, the distance, etc. The products marked “Available – Special Order” which are put on sale only from the online store are delivered within seven (7) – ten (10) working days from the acceptance of the order. The orders of the products that appear in the online store with the indication “Available for Fast Shipping” are delivered within 24 hours and until the second working day from the acceptance of the order based on the relevant terms. The cost of the service is € 9.99 and is charged in addition to shipping costs.

The itineraries of each shipment are set unilaterally by the COMPANY.

Orders that include products ordered by suppliers (marked “Expected Soon / Upon Order”) are shipped after the collection of all products in the company’s central warehouses. Partial shipment of individual products of an order is not excluded if they are received at different times by suppliers or if they come from different warehouses of the COMPANY.

The above deadlines in case of force majeure events outside the control and influence of the COMPANY, such as earthquakes, extreme weather events, pandemics (indicative COVID 19 etc), stops, uprisings, decisions of competent Authorities that restrict the activity of those involved in the execution of sales of institutions and services, delays of suppliers in deliveries, etc. are likely to be extended for a reasonable period due to exceptional circumstances. The COMPANY will make every effort for your best service, but is not responsible for delays or temporary inability to fulfill its obligations for the above reasons.

How to deliver an order – charges for deliveries

Deliveries to areas within the Distribution Network of the COMPANY – obligations:

The Distribution Network of the COMPANY stipulates that the area of ​​Thessaloniki belongs.

The products and services to be delivered in the above areas and cities, after the order, are sent to the address and the recipient that the customer has stated during the submission of his order, which has been accepted by the COMPANY. The COMPANY freely chooses the means of shipping. The shipment of the sold goods is made at the expense of the customer based on the total volume of the deliverables. For all orders with a total volume of less than 80L, such as smartphones, laptops, the customer is charged with a shipping cost of € 4.99, while for orders over 80L, such as white devices, the customer is charged with a shipping cost of 9, 99 €, not including VAT.

Deliveries to other areas of the Territory

In case the customer specifies in the order to be transmitted, a place of delivery outside the areas mentioned in the previous paragraph, ie outside the urban complex of Thessaloniki, then the COMPANY is entitled to assign the transfer of products to a cooperating transport company, at the customer’s expense total volume of deliverables. For all orders with a total volume of less than 80L, such as smartphones, laptops, the customer is charged with a shipping cost of € 4.99, while for orders over 80L, such as white devices, the customer is charged with a shipping cost of 14, 99 € per piece, not including VAT. In any case delivery of goods by a cooperating transport company and not by privately owned means of transport of the COMPANY.

COD is excluded as a way of paying for the order and the customer must choose among the other proposed methods

• The customer, if he wishes to recycle an old device, agrees and charges the cost for the transfer of the old device. device from his residence to the collection facilities for recycling of the COMPANY, directly with the carrier and by his own assignment,

• The item is delivered at street level in front of the entrance of the building where the customer’s residence is located without the obligation to transfer to a floor and the customer is obliged to pick it up at this place and by his own means to lead it to its destination.

The risk from the sale in the case of the transfer with a representative of the company third carrier, passes to the buyer at the time of delivery of the goods sold by the carrier. In case of selection and assignment by the customer, the risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. The customer will be informed about the assignment of the transfer to a cooperating carrier when submitting his order, followed by an immediate written consultation (by e-mail) which can be confirmed by telephone if necessary, (tel. 2310.748938 and hours Monday – Friday 10: 00-14: 00 and Saturday 10:00 -14: 00).

Special rules concerning the delivery of heavy products

Especially for the deliveries of wardrobe type refrigerators, side by side type refrigerators, refrigerators over 17 feet, washing machines with a capacity of 8 kg and more as well as for wardrobe type air conditioners, for solar water heaters and for all appliances weighing more than 100 kg, Wherever the delivery takes place, ie even in an area of ​​Thessaloniki according to the above, the delivery of the item takes place at the street level of the delivery address stated in the order. If the customer wishes to transport the item to a place other than the one mentioned above, then he should choose the floor transport service (which includes, as the case may be and depending on the needs, additional personnel for unloading and transporting and / or crane service and any other instrument that will be deemed necessary by the COMPANY) when ordering the item and to bear the relevant costs based on the then valid pricing policy. The delivery of the items can be done either by the company itself or after consultation of the company with the respective supplier of the item for its direct delivery to the address indicated by the customer.

Right to reject product order on behalf of the COMPANY

THE COMPANY is entitled to reject and not accept orders in which cumulatively

• The customer defines as place of delivery an area outside Thessaloniki

• The customer asks to repay the purchase value by cash on delivery and

• The order concerns a large mass of product / s such as indicative weight over 100 kg.

On the other hand, such an order can be accepted if the customer accepts an alternative payment method that the parties will agree on in writing.

Provision of services by the COMPANY only within the limits of the Service Provider Network – right to refuse ordering services outside the Network

The provision of services is agreed upon an order from the customer which will be accepted by the above procedure the COMPANY. The COMPANY is entitled to freely reject orders for service contracts if execution is requested in areas not covered by the Service Network, eg: installations & maintenance of air conditioners, connections of large appliances, etc. If it is a complex order, products and services, and if it is not approved for the provision of services due to the fact that the supply is requested in an area outside the Network, the order is otherwise approved and the sale of the products is made, unless there is no other reason for rejecting the order and during the sale of products by provided for in these terms of use.

General terms for shipping products and services

The company reserves the right to modify the methods, terms and prices of shipping at will and without prior notice obliged to inform its prospective customers of these changes by reviewing these terms of use of the online store.

Collection from the store

The COMPANY provides the customer with the possibility of receiving the products and services sold through the online store, when they are available, from any physical store maintained by the COMPANY with the trademark “ICON ELECTRIC IKE”. In particular, the customer has the right to choose online the product (s) he wishes to receive from a store, if the item is available for delivery to that store, repaying the price of those products in cash or by credit card, upon receipt of the products from that store, which he has already selected.

This option is provided for collection on the same day (if the item is available) and up to 3 working days. The customer will be able to come to the store, to pick up the items sold, after at least half an hour after submitting his order through the online store (for example, if the customer places an order at 10:00 am, will be able to pick it up from the store of his choice at least after 10:30 a.m.).

In case it is found that a user abuses this possibility provided to him by the COMPANY (eg repeated ordering of items through the online store and non-receipt of them from the store, etc.), the latter may also refuse refuse the order of this user through the possibility of receipt from the store. In case the customer does not come to the store to receive the items sold (ie, receipt of things and repayment of the price) during the above mentioned deadline, then the order is automatically canceled, being under the termination condition of the above deadline part of the customer fulfilling his obligations. Extension of the deadline is possible only for reasons of force majeure, provided that they are notified in a timely manner by the customer and are confirmed in writing. In case of cancellation, the COMPANY is not liable for this reason.

Product available only in store

THE COMPANY provides the customer with the opportunity to be informed about products that are in the physical store maintained by the COMPANY with the trademark “ICON ELECTRIC IKE”. It is not possible to book or place an order through the online store for a product with this marking, which is purely informative. The designation “Available only in a store” is not binding in terms of accuracy and can be confirmed by the customer only when visiting the store, going there if he wishes, to buy. This product is subject to change without notice, depending on the stock available.

Responsible for receipt on behalf of the customer

The receipt in each case is made by the person mentioned in the order as the recipient by presenting his police ID or passport or in general a public document suitable for proving the identity.

Deadline for fulfillment of the sale – delivery

The COMPANY is committed to the delivery times of the available products as above, unless there are emergencies, unforeseen circumstances and incidents of force majeure. In case the products are not immediately available but will be ordered from a supplier or are expected, the COMPANY:

1) After ten (10) days from the acceptance of the order will inform the customer about the possible time of receipt or the fact that the supplier has not yet delivered the items and the time of receipt can not yet be set

2) After twenty (20) days from the acceptance of the order, it will return with a new updated similar message.

If twenty (20) days have passed from the acceptance of the order and the product for reasons beyond the responsibility of the company has not been received by the supplier, the COMPANY will contact the customer by any appropriate means (telephone, e-mail, etc.) informing him for the delay. In this case the parties may agree to further wait for delivery, or the customer will be entitled to withdraw from the order at a loss for both parties in respect of the delayed items. The rest of the order is executed normally unless the items in the order are related, will be used as a whole and have a tracking character with each other and the customer declares that the partial fulfillment of the order does not serve his needs or interests, whereupon the COMPANY must cancel the entire order.
